Fairfield provides a highly motivated and qualified staff team each of whom is experienced and qualified within his/her own specialism. As an organisation, Fairfield is committed to a long-term programme of training and development, ranging from NVQ Level 3 in the Care of Children and Young People, NVQ Level 4, The Registered Managers Award and Social Work qualifications.

All staff complete training in;

During the recruitment process Fairfield Residential will follow its safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults policies & procedures and this will include taking of references and full Criminal Records Bureau checks to enhanced level.
